Lead high profile project analyses, including for complex and confidential projects partnering withsenior management. Assist other Functional Planning team members to complete key deliverables as needed.In this role, you will:- Lead total company admin analytics, reporting and consolidation process for close and forecast. Submit results to Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting teams- Lead project analyses for Functional Planning, including complex and confidential analyses.- Provide support during the Anaplan implementation, ensuring success on the project. Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver results and meet functional admin objectives.- Support the functional teams in tracking and achieving admin targets.- Complete ad hoc analysis to support functional leaders.- Deliver accurate admin forecast for Finance Function, including annual budget and quarterly forecast updates. Provide variance analytics to senior management.- #LI-Hybrid What we look for:Key Skills, Abilities, And Experience Required- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or equivalent- 7+ years of Finance and Accounting experience- Strong financial analysis skills- Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role- Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership- Strong knowledge of general accounting theory including journal entries and financial statements- Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions- Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast- Passion for building team engagement- SAP knowledge strongly preferred- Strong computer literacy across MS Office suite, including excellent Excel skillsWorkplace type:Hybrid 3 times onsiteWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
