.**What you'll do**:- Take ownership over a key CX department budget, drive forecast management, and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders- Make financial recommendations to business partners based upon data-based insights and track risks / opportunities to forecast and plan- Drive robust financial modeling, databook management / development, and ad hoc analysis preparation as needed- Assist in monthly / quarterly close including CX COGS and OPEX forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and consolidation as needed- Analyze and interpret financial trends and metrics to help drive strategic decision-making- Assist with establishing annual plan and quarterly commit targets- Communicate results (i.E. verbally and via PowerPoint) of analysis and trending exercises to WW CX Management- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with CX business partners, CX Finance, & Corporate FP&A- Drive financial & operational process improvements**Who you'll work with**:WW CX FP&A is a highly visible area of the business with tremendous opportunities to enhance and improve FP&A activities in the dynamic CX organization. The WW CX COGS / OPEX Finance Manager has significant exposure to senior finance and business leadership and plays a key role in the monthly & quarterly CX P&L forecasting cycles.
