**About this opportunity**:The position is responsible for driving and coordinating the efforts of the team for Ericsson entities in scope for the Company Control in terms of Improvement and Performance management.**What you will do**:- Lead change management initiatives- Prepare and present in Company Control operational reviews- Company Control Hub Financial budgets and financial plan- SPOC within the Hub to facilitate and coordinate on Global Company Control/ Improvement & Performance projects or initiatives as needed- Authorized Requestor for GL deviations- Project Management for selected key projects- Business Continuity Plan- Coordinate, on behalf of the Company Controller, Record Retention Plan & schedule for Entities within Hub- Support Corporate Audit or Internal audit, as needed- Provide inputs for maintenance of Financial Authorization matrix- Facilitate and coordinate Competence Plans to ensure compliance.
