End to end understanding of the process within the agreed timelines or learning curve. The level of performance is in sync with the target set as per the SLA/KPI. Update/maintain the Process manuals and Standard Operating Processes. Understanding of production system support tasks performed during Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end close. Provinctional SME inpr tnance Operations supporting the linance users and business partners. Manage production issues & resolution and communicate & escalate any challengesnance/Business Users, Regional IT teams in a timely manner. Support activities includes assisting in UAT of new enhancements, transition of changom project to BAU and other advisory roles. Coordination with IT and other pertinent upstream and downstream Ability to support the USERs with Complex User Queries. Ability to support Business & GFOC management with timely system updates. Partnering with the Change team with various system updates and changes. Ability to multi-task and may be required to help in business as usual of similar systems. Responsibr the coordination and governance of controls used in the system. Has the abilityto standardize a process by suggesting the best practices. Idea and awareness of implementing various automation tools to reduce manual efforts.Requirements--Knowledge & Importante empresa-- Techno-finance professionals with /7 years of Importante empresa in the Banking industry undnance environment. Knowledge nancial Transformation Platform (FTP) or PeopleSoft GL Ability to understand the workflow of accountinctions and system processes like General Ledger/Account Reconciliation/Metadata/Accounting Business Rules/Taxation/Security/Reporting. Complete knowledge of SOX and Audit Controls related to process management. Ability to comprehend, interpret and transform huge volume nance data. Importante empresa of Process Streamlining using automation tools (like Xceptor/PYTHON/BLUE PRISM/QTP) Awareness or Importante empresa of working/implementing Google Cloud Technologmiliarity with Process integration.
