Our culture thrives off of a flat structure and an inclusive environment where all of our employees can be their authentic selves, with boundless opportunities for professional growth.Minimum QualificationsProven experience (4+ years) in product management, specifically leading the development of customer service tools or related SaaS products.Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and challenges, with a focus on optimizing workflows and improving user experiences.Proven experience in managing agile squads and expertise in using Jira for task tracking and project management.Demonstrated success in driving product development from concept to launch, and managing product lifecycles.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in utilizing analytics and user insights to inform product decisions.Strong understanding of various system integration methods, including H2H, APIs, SFTPs, and other data exchange protocols.Knowledge and experience with financial tools such as Netsuite, Quicksight, Simetrik, Coupa, Clara, Ramp, Kyriba, FIS Treasury, Anaplan, Pigment and/or other CFO product suite.ResponsibilitiesAs the Product Lead (PL) for the Finance team, you will be at the helm of driving the selection, implementation, integration and optimization of financial tools that are critical to the seamless operation of our business
