At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**: Currently we are looking for our next**:Supply Chain Finance Productivity Manager, LATAM****Which is the main objective of this role?**The SCF Productivity Mgr will be responsible for leading the design and development of the new information systems and business tools required to provide financial visibility of the Supply Chain Performance to the LatAm executive committee, LatAm CFO, LatAm FP&A, SCF and Operations groups.The introduction of the new EOTF operating model in our sector is based on the centralization of the business processes, the creation of robust strategies based on strong analytics and well supported decision making processes, unfortunately our information systems, our processes and day to day models - tools are not ready to support this new way of operation, as they are fragmented, Data Bases are unharmonized and most of the processes are descentralized, for that reason the position of the SCF FP&A is critical for the success of this new operating model.Additionally, this role is responsible for the accurate reporting, visibility and performance tracking of our productivity agenda, detecting opportunities and stablishing action plans
