A Snapshot of Your Day: In your role as Finance Program Manager - Service Execution within Accounting Services, you need to have a background in project/program management, be familiar with software/tool selection, implementation, and continuous process improvement techniques, possess an affinity for accounting/finance operations, and have a technical and commercial approach.
How You'll Make an Impact:Process Ownership & Leadership - Work on high-profile projects directly for the Head of Accounting Services globally.Take ownership of projects, managing and completing sophisticated projects to ensure optimal operation of the AS organization.Collaboration & Teamwork - Build strong partnerships to win the trust of collaborators through respectful, agile, and accountable behavior.Actively listen and focus on collaborator requests, managing complex operational issues decisively.Proactive Process Improvement - Support the Head of Accounting Services in continuously improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Understand project dynamics and manage collaborators with awareness of time sensitivity.Contribute proactively and exercise curiosity in promoting improvement ideas or solutions.Work closely with Function Leads globally to optimize Accounting Services tools and processes for day-to-day operations.Actively contribute to strategy using innovation as a personal growth driver.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects.Engage in standardizing and automating workflows, accounting processes, and cross-functional processes.Support the implementation and update of documentation for existing and new processes.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field.3-6 years of project and transformation experience.Track record of successfully performed process improvement projects.Extensive knowledge of process and project management tools and techniques.Very good understanding of operational accounting processes.Project management qualification is a plus.Very good MS-Office skills.Open and communicative nature with fluency in English.About the Team:In our Business Functions, we enable our organization to reach targets by providing best-in-class services and solutions in IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology, and more.
