.Finance Program Manager - Service ExecutionAbout the RoleLocation: MexicoCompany: Organization SE CFOBusiness Unit: Accounting & ControllingFull-timeExperience Level: Experienced ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your Day:In your role as Finance Program Manager - Service Execution within Accounting Services, you will need to have a background in project/program management, familiarity with software/tool selection, implementation and continuous process improvements techniques, an affinity for accounting/finance operations, and a technical and commercial approach.How You'll Make an ImpactProcess Ownership & Leadership - Work on high-profile projects directly for the Head of Accounting Services globally.Take ownership of projects, responsible for initiating, managing, and completing sophisticated projects to ensure the AS organization operates at the highest level.Build strong partnerships to win the trust of collaborators through respectful, agile, accountable behavior when interacting with colleagues, customers, partners, and Siemens Energy communities.Listen actively and focus on collaborator requests, managing complex operational issues while decisively moving forward in taking ownership of decisions.Support the Head of Accounting Services in continuously improving the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.Understand project dynamics, manage collaborators, and be aware of time sensitivity matters.Contribute proactively and exercise curiosity and creativity in promoting improvement ideas or valuable solutions.Work closely with Function Leads globally to develop operational skills and optimize Accounting Services tools and processes.Actively contribute to strategy, using innovation as a personal growth driver.Propose, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects.Engage in standardizing and automating workflows, accounting processes, and cross-functional processes throughout accounting and related teams.Support the implementation and constant update of documentation for existing and new processes.What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field.3-6 years of project and transformation experience required.Track record of successfully performed process improvement projects.Extensive process and project management tool and technique knowledge.Very good understanding of operational accounting processes.Project management qualification is a plus.Very good MS-Office skills.Open and communicative in nature; fluent in English.About the TeamIn our Business Functions, we enable our organization to reach targets by providing best-in-class services and solutions in IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology, and more.Accounting Services is an integral part of the global accounting ecosystem and a CFO function within Siemens Energy
