**Primary Responsibilities**:- Develop, maintain and improve objective and transparency of procurement activities by leveraging BI tools (SAP).- Connect transaction processing activity to financial statement results via BI.- Foster a data driven decision making environment by actively sharing and building trust across multiple capabilities.- Own the journey of analytics from report - analyze - predict - prescribe or data - information-knowledge-wisdom- Leverage statistical tools/artificial intelligence/machine learning to improve the accuracy of the forecasting process and / or probability weight in decision making.- Partner with team to eliminate manual reporting activity.- Provide data insights to help correct the root cause of problems.- Support global harmonization and collaboration**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science / Analytics/ Finance or Accounting and one (1) year of appropriate experience. Additional relevant education may be substituted for progressive experience- Financial and process acumen, strong team orientation, communication and organizational skills are necessary- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.- Ability to use high level functions of Excel for calculations, formatting and data manipulation (including pivot tables)- Knowledge and use of BI tools such as SAP BI, MS PowerBI, Qlick, Tableau- Process, automation or advance analytic software experience (Celonis, Alteryx).- Comfortable seeking data from multiple formats, source data, and proficiency in database manipulation- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal- Ability to think analytically, strategically and solve complex problems- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly- Intellectual curiosity and ability to explain the "why" in addition to the "what"- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently.
