The intention is to bring a strong candidate to take over NAM Reporting duties for Canada region. Part of the main responsibilities will be to support the financial transition, provide standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and project analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting, business partnering and liaisons with the organization & will collaborate on financial transformation projects for the region on an as needed basis as we build the FP&A organization of the future.Responsibilities:Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders.Lead financial transformation for Canada.Enhance efficiency & effectiveness through standardization and simplification of process & tools across the region.Provide business performance commentary.Collaborate and build relationships with North America team.Ad-hoc financial reports.Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.Lead the month end close.QualificationsThis job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:Graduation date December 2025.Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.Strong digital citizen and ease with managing multiple systems.Strong financial, accounting, & analytical skills with proven business acumen.Moderate to advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly. Possess superior Excel skills including charting and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information.The right candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work with and influence others, not only within a direct reporting relationship.Strong English verbal and writing skills.Detail-oriented.Experience managing projects.Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams.Sense of prioritization, self-motivated; resistant to a high-pressure environment.Primary Location: MX-Nuevo León-MonterreySchedule: Part-timeUnposting Date: Ongoing#J-18808-Ljbffr
