**Job Details****What will you do:**The position will be responsible to drive the role that Finance as a function plays in the Sales and Operations execution / planning process at the Plant level.
This role will be the key business partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and the rest of the Finance organization ensuring the S&OE/P policies and procedures are followed and that all considerations are incorporated into the financial plans.
This includes managing an effective communication with the Executive Team of the risks, opportunities and implications of the decisions made during the regular S&OE/P process.
The position reports to the Finance S&OE COE Director with hard dotted line to the PBU Finance Operations Director and or CFO.
**How you will do it**:- Accountable to drive the S&OE/P process from a Finance perspective including actively participating in the different weekly process meetings (i.E., Demand / Supply / Executive reviews)- Partner with the Sales and Operations leaders in validating the completeness, granularity, and reasonability of the demand plan at the unit and dollar level- Analyze and align with Ops the production constraints and their impact to the material plan, incorporate capacity constraints into material buy plan- Participate in reconciliation of the Demand signal vs. the Production plan and Purchase plan validating the completeness, granularity, and reasonability- Incorporate into the financial scenarios (i.E., PLAN / Outlook etc.)
