Job Description 1. Balance sheet knowledge / experience, being able to understand / explain changes
2. Year end closing coordination (Intercompany charges recognition, reserves creation, liabilities recognition, etc)
3. Plant Inventory control (all locations)
4. Annual stocktaking coordination as well as result adjustments in SAP (all locations/plants)
5. Cycle countings management
6. Purchase orders follow up
7. Plant contact for Accounts receivables topics for Querétaro in order to ensure payments, discounts and debits are clearly tracked from AR team and reported on time to plant
8. Plant contact for Accounts payables topics in order to ensure balance health , duties accomplishment and books up to date
9. Plant reserves responsible: Create , follow up, track , control accruals control
10. Plant Fixed assets contact to ensure Fixed assets team together with plant functions have a healthy control and archive of assets as well as coordination of related annual stocktaking
11. Process mapping , documentation, improvement and stabilization for areas unders responsibiliy
12. Intercompany charges control for Queretaro Plant
13. Audits coordination
14. Ad hoc requirements related to Maquiladora topics
15. Projects budget funding (Investment and expense)
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Master's Business/Finance/Information Systems) from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA)
Intermediate/Advanced English skills
Additional Information E xpertise: minimum 10 yrs. experience in a manufacturing or other relevant industry experience, automotive desirable, with focus on Balance sheet and financial roles
Mathematical skills, Independent decisions of a complex nature, Computer Skills, Leadership skill, goals oriented, Cost Consciousness, Stability
Intermediate /advance excel skills required
