Execute all Accounting Operations (AO) activities in scope for IT Hubs LATAM in a timely manner and according to Nestlé Internal Balance Sheet Standards (NIBS) & Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS). Drives towards excellence in the Accounting Operations (AO) by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place. Ensure reconciliations and Period End Close (PEC) steps are performed accurately and on time. Support the Markets on Finance IT related topics as a trusted business partner and guarantee the end to end process, standardaized process and consistent procedures accross the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Timely NiM / Regional consolidation to ensure transparency to both local management and the Group. Execute the processes in line with business compliance and internal controls
- Business partner for the IT Local by supporting the area with strategic financial analysis and insights, as well as fostering the alignment of processes between the IT Hub and the IT Local (ie: tax recovery, project costing, deferral of software licenses expenses, managerial reports, reorganization initiatives).
- Ensure the Markets needs are proporly addressed inside IT Finance organization, bringing the challenges that the Markets have in terms of cost"
- Support routine audit activities within the operations to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) IG Reconciliations, Transfer Price Study. Appropriately escalate business risks.
- Be the expert in accouting knowledge applicable to our IT Hub operations and to the IT in the Markets and the NAS procedures.
- Coordinate and control the SLA with the Markets that the IT Hub LATAM needs to charge cost.
- Provide support to function and business in the Markets on Internal Control issues, and serve as Internal Control Single Point of Contact (IC SPOC) to stakeholders such as Regional ICCC, Global ICOS, External / Internal Audit, for Internal Control questions and initiatives.
- Ensure compensating controls for SOD access and process controls transferred to business streams, understood and executed by them.
- Coordinate completion of the ICS Self-Assessment process at local level.
- Execute the PEC activities every month according with the NiM plan and do the health checks
- Work closely with Corporate Finance, mainly on general accounting practices, IT Hub accruals and journal entries, charge backs to the markets.
- Control monthly the invoices to the markets, receivables and pending invoices, prepare the ICOforms, control FX variances
- Control all the Intercompany Accouting process
- Prepare the hedge request and control monthy the execution
- Prepare monthly, quartely and annual reporting for IT Hub management and Zone reporting
- Perform and Lead financial analysis to strategic decisions related to resources and projects to ensure full transparency of any financial and or non-financial implications.
- Execute Risk and Opportunities assessment, and identify actions to mitigates risks and/or accelerate opportunities"
- Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Operations Network; Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings and Evaluate and drive optimizations across the different functions within Operations
**Required Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including aptitude for mentoring and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovatives solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer; the ability to identify alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions.
- The ability to challenge the status quo and recommend new methods and solutions to problems and issues.
