.**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**Ensure that the proper cost estimates are loaded into our standard system, maintain standard cost systems, and interpret and communicate cost variances to management; also manage the processof gathering, analyzing and reporting of our Inventory; this include follow thecost control purchasing procedures; prepare Balance sheet reconciliations, and provide accurate info to perform measures in a timely and accurate manner.**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**- Support the monthly closing and rolling forecast processes.- Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, and solve.- Prepare meaningful variance analysis.- Work close with Engineer, Supply Chain, Lean and Production Teams for a best comprehension of our perpetual behavior.- Prepare and communicate insightful analysis for monthly reviews.- Organize and deliver appropriate management reports (Local & Divisional Level)- Perform journal entries and Balance sheet reconciliations.- Assist in development of annual profit plan and strategic plan.- Support Internal & External Financial Audits- Supplier master file responsible for Swiss ledger.LI-AR7**Qualifications**:**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**- Experience of 3 years in similar position- Professional in accounting, finance or alike career- English required (80%)- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point, access, etc.)- Knowledge of Mapics, Oracle, Khalix - Encore, Monarch, and other programs required**_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_**- Accomplish EHS policy requirements.- Contribute with the achievement of EHS goals of his/her área.- Support to maintain the S.A.A. for the environment care and accomplish its applicable requirements.- Execute the EHS activities related.- Report any EHS risk/safety condition detected, either to supervisor or EHS Dept. for its follow up.- Know and ensure that personnel under his/her charge applies all operational controls aplicable to their área that could impact natural resources.- Complete EHS assigned trainings (MESH General Training)- Communicate any emergency situation detected to EHS or his/her supervisor and follow the procedure.Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
