**About this role**
We are looking for an ambitious Transformation Manager to join our brand new LATAM office in Mexico City. Someone who has experience in accounting and finance and wants to become a product and transformation expert to change the industry. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring the successful deployment of DataSnipper's products and services.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the international expansion of DataSnipper as one of the first members of our Innovation Services team in LATAM, and your efforts will drive customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction!

**What you will do**
- Act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our customers around the world, ensuring they achieve significant value with our Intelligent Automation Platform
- Own the implementation and onboarding process, including goals, product insights, and initial training to ensure early customer adoption and value realization
- Captivate our customers with your DataSnipper product expertise and industry knowledge to effectively guide them toward their desired outcomes
- Share valuable customer and product insights with Customer Success, Product, Development & Sales colleagues
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure that new clients achieve significant value with our Intelligent Automation Platform
- Use project management and automation tools to provide a smooth and successful implementation experience
- Identify and influence decision-makers and key stakeholders of accounting firms around the world
- Create brand advocates and shareable success stories and build strong partnerships with our customers
- Be ready to provide additional value-enhancing services throughout the customer cycle
**What you bring**
- 3-6 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, and/or accounting
- CPA/CFE/CIA or equivalent certification preferred
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers across different geographies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing start-up environment
- Familiar with the dynamics and customer journey in B2B enterprise software
- Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
- Strong understanding of the software industry
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Fluency in Portuguese preferred but not required
