**Tax Compliance**:
- Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll.
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes and reports to relevant authorities.
- Address employee queries regarding tax deductions.
**Financial Resource Management**:
- Manage the organization's financial resources, including budgeting and
forecasting.
- Monitor and control expenses and financial transactions.
- Contribute to financial planning and cost-saving strategies.
**Employee Benefits Administration**:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure seamless service.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate payroll and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
**Compliance and Auditing**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and financial regulations.
- Prepare for and support financial audits and provide required documentation.
**Communication and Employee Support**:
- Communicate payroll-related information to employees, including pay stubs, tax forms, and changes in payroll procedures.

- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and financial management.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
