**Financial AccountingJob Summary**:The **Financial Accountant** is responsible for carrying out all activities related to the company's financial accounting, ensuring that accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable tax and accounting regulations.
This role involves preparing financial statements, managing accounts, overseeing bank reconciliations, and meeting tax deadlines.
**Main Responsibilities**:- **Preparation of Financial Statements**:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reports in accordance with US GAAP or local accounting standards.- **Account Reconciliations**:- Perform and review bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reconciliations.- Ensure that all accounting transactions are correctly recorded and align with account balances.- **Fixed Asset Management**:- Manage the recording and depreciation of the company's fixed assets.- Keep the fixed asset inventory up to date and ensure proper accounting of assets.- **Tax Compliance**:- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (e.G., VAT, income tax, etc.
