Financial Accounting Supervisor

Description

The Financial Accounting Supervisor is responsible for all accounting operations related to Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasary and General Ledger. This position assits Accounting Controller to ensure the financial accounting team comply with the global and local P&P, deliver results in timely, accurately and efficiently.The position will have frequent contact with cross-funcinal teams, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Oversee, direct and coordinate daily **financial accounting transanctions**, including billing, accounts payable, accounts reeivable, general ledger entry and account reconcilation for multiple entities.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to streamline processes, identify control risks and provide effective soltions
- Continuously **optimize process efficiency** and strengthen relevant control
- Review trial balances and provide flux analysis during month end close. Develop and review MEC documentation by the team
- ** Provide leadership and opportunities** for professional growth and development for the financial accounting team.
- Ensure **compliance to internal controls** **(SOX) **and ISO, support audit plan and implementation of recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Farmiliar with MX localization rules in accounting processes (eg. E-accounting, Statury Reporting)
