Financial Analyst 5 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering Experience: 4 years in Finance, Costs, Materials, or Program Management Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills English proficiency (75-90%) in written and spoken form Understanding of Materials procedures, Oracle, and MS Office Familiarity with Physical Inventory Process and its financial impacts (Start, During, and End) Knowledge of Prepaid Inventory Process (Billing, accounting treatment, disposal) Understanding of SOX Audits and supporting documents Knowledge of inventory policies, reconciliation, cost analysis, and its financial impacts Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented Problem-solving skills Results-oriented Teamwork and collaboration Organized and committed to meeting deadlines Logical thinking Responsibilities: Analysis and calculation of Inventory Reserves and their financial impacts (EO, WIP Repair, BP, MRB) Analysis of financial variances in Production Work Orders and variances for QBR, among others Assist in standardizing reports and procedures in the Finance operation for the Division Consolidation and planning of CAPEX and Cash CAPEX, including variances for QBR Collaborate with Plants and Divisional Controllers to implement best practices for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
