Financial Analyst - Bilingual (Only Guadalajara)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong skills in spreadsheet management, financial modeling, graph creation, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business decisions by developing financial projections and analytical reports. This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote work and on-site presence in Guadalajara.Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets to support financial planning and reporting. Build financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate scenarios. Create clear, visually compelling graphs and dashboards to present financial insights. Conduct financial projections, including cash flow, profit margins, and budget forecasts. Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and provide actionable insights. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with business objectives. Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate data and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling). Strong skills in creating graphs, dashboards, and visual reports. Familiarity with forecasting tools and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
