**Siemens Energy in Mexico is seeking a Financial Analyst / Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for gas turbine service projects.
** **Project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects, project financials (controlling & reporting) & clean books and records.
Co-leading of the project together with project manager with the objective of implementing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG).
Partnership and teamwork between the CPM and the PM is the key for the overall project success.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in BA, Accounting, or Finance fields
- Detailed understanding of IFRS and Siemens Energy FRGs
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines is required
- Proficient Spanish and English
- Required amount of travel ~15%
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Mexico
- Knowledge of Alteryx, UI Path and Tableau a plus
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Financial execution of construction projects including crafting sale orders and setting up project in SAP, revenue recognition, invoicing and payment terms and maintenance and controlling of project costs.
- Collaboration with all partners especially project manager to ensure a smooth project execution
- Invoice uploads in customer portals, ensuring the open accounts receivables are paid in time and as per invoice - resolution of invoice disputes
- Project Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting of financial status of the projects.
- Ensures the accuracy of project books and records and their compliance with financial guideline
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting of project balances in monthly financial statements, including margin and other balance sheet positions
- Updating of the financials in reporting tools e.g Project Dash, One PM, NCC Reporting
- Commercial support of tender activities, leading commercial aspects of tender preparation up to bid submission and post bid follow up.
- Ensuring procedures are followed as required to achieve zero audit findings for internal and external audits
- Coordination with internal and external auditors for required documents
- Collaborating with the global and local initiatives for best practice sharing
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Work toward formal SE CPM qualification over time
- Commercial project management and accounting for LTSA (long term service agreements)
- Revenue, Margin, Cash Flow forecasting for the assigned projects portfolio
- Monthly revenue recognition according to Siemens Energy FRGs and IFRS
- Conduct quarterly project reviews and present the updates to management jointly with the Project Manager
- Variance analysis, what if scenarios, and trend analysis for the projects assigned
- Customer invoicing and cash collections management
- Review quarterly and yearly cost standards changes and update the cost models accordingly
- Analyze and update the price escalation for the projects assigned
- Identify, monitor, handle and present to management jointly with the project manager all commercial risks & opportunities
- Support the sales and marketing group with data and calculations for renegotiations, change orders, upsells, etc.
- Ensure adherence to NCM guidelines, coordinates together with the PM the accurate allocation of onshore and offshore parts, compliance with relevant tax regulations, e.g., PATAC, transfer pricing, ECC, local laws, etc.
- Maintain the project data in Project Dash, update the forecast in PDAsh monthly
- .Responsibility to comply and / or carry out the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
