If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.You will be responsible for Develop cost models for new processes and engineering changes, evaluate new projects for business opportunities, and compare financial results against established standards.**Your task will be**- Use of a cost model for developing cost estimates, analyzing financial data, and making informed decisions for the company's operations and new business opportunities.- Evaluate new projects to determine if they represent an opportunity for new business using the cost model.- Compare the financial results against the financial standards established by the company using the cost model.- Coordinate the efforts of Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, purchasing, and AME departments to obtain meaningful information for the cost model.- Gather updated information on Labor, MFE, Material costs and engineering details for the cost model.- Integrate comparative analysis within the cost model to evaluate different scenarios and Benchmarks and determine the most cost-effective approach.- Develop new methodologies, to improve the efficiency of the cost model and reduce the time required to generate cost estimates for new business (Software development, data analytics, CAD Macros, simulation software, etc).- Upload Excel APRs to Lear-pro platform and perform Merged and Rollup APRs as Sales / Finance Department requires it.- Become Expert in the use of Lear pro and provide training to the departments that requires it.- Balance the workload to enhance the responsiveness of generating cost models and estimates.- keep ECN master matrix updated with financial data for all cost models completed and submitted.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.- Proficient English.- Advanced excel (Macro programming).- knowledge in: Project Evaluation; Business Cases and Opportunities for Improvement, Cost and economic engineering investment analysis, Process Engineering / Knowledge of direct labor calculation. Knowledge of CAD systems (Catia Unigraphics NX) for reading and interpretation and management of 2D and 3D plans
