Wherever and whenever.**Your day to day**:- Maintains multiple trackers of unresolved unclaimed inventory- Prepare and collaborates weekly tracker claims statements with Sales Finance, Rev Ops and PIC Team- Resolves tracker discrepancies- Runs daily queries to analyze for different reports- Documents all steps and ensure process is auditable- Prepares reports and provide all backup data to support analysis on a weekly basis**What you bring to the team**- Bachelor's degree, i.E., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related- Analytical mindset- 2 + years' experience in an analytical or partner facing role- Fluent in English (70 % - 80% fluency)- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (80%)- Reconciliation experience- High Communication skills- Detail Oriented and organized- Team player who also works well independently- Works well under pressure.- Oracle or SAP experience (preferred)- Salesforce experience (preferred)**WE CREATE AMAZING NEW WAYS TO HEAR, SEE, WORK, & WORK TOGETHER**:Be a part of a team with a critical mission - ensuring everyone can be seen and heard with incredible clarity, wherever they work and whenever they work.
