JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position will report to and support the DTC Director. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in finance, variance reporting, forecasting, and process improvement while fostering partnerships with key business and operation leaders.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process for US retail corporate expenses, including the interpretation and analysis of the results to achieve annual financial commitments.Provide decision support to the US Retail organization by providing timely and relevant performance reports and analysis.Lead the forecast and planning process for US retail corporate expenses in collaboration with all partners (real estate, operations, HR, planning, marketing, and digital).Coordinate the consolidation of the DTC P&L as part of the forecast/planning process.Manage the preparation of the PowerPoint presentation for MBR/QBR for US retail.Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills resulting in the ability to identify root causes, trends, or variances and the ability to propose solutions.Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results and issues to non-financial audiences.Strong team player.Retail experience, but not required.Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel.SAP experience a plus.COMPREHENSIVE REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work within a team environment and provide superior customer service.Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Maintain confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:Education: BS/BA in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance preferable or applicable experience.Experience: 1-2 years of Financial Planning and Analysis preferably.LOCATION:Mexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME / PART TIME:Full time#J-18808-Ljbffr
