**How You'll Make an Impact**- Financial management/control of regional projects up to € 1'5 and supporting reporting and business case development for projects.- ensuring accuracy of forecast and budgets,- Financial management/control of all regional lease in & lease out projects, including renewals.- Primary interface for Zone RE FIN and other financial support functions on issues relating to Maintenance and Capex.- Financial incl.
accounting management of all purchase and sale topics in the region- Compliance with RE FIN global standards on accounting and OnePM- Ensure the forecast and actuals are reported timely and accurately.- Establishes and keeps close working relationships with partners in SCM, and support functions.- Interface towards the RE Customers / Partners, SE RE Hub Operations, and the Global Building Solutions for sites in the region.- Coordination of billing and transfers are timely and accurately.- IFRS 16 analysis and general accounting- Administration and control of costs- Control of RE assets, CAPEX, and Depreciation- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
- Mandatory for all positions in Mex**What You Bring**- Four-year University degree in Accounting/Finance related degree or equivalent- 5+ years core experience in accounting/controlling/commercial financial management- Strong team player, able to build alliances and interact with peers- Project controlling experience and knowledge of OnePM or similar tool.- Knowledge in balance sheet & cash implications on projects and decision making- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Reporting, Financial analysis- at professional working profiency level.- Knowledge in multiple corporate real estate financial matters, e.G.
financial option comparison methods, and decision making- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of time**About the Team**Real Estate (RE) is responsible for the professional management of Siemens Energy real estate portfolio worldwide of 3.2 million square metres.
The portfolio is divided into 4 operational Hubs (Europe, Germany, Americas and Rest of World).
This includes the acquisition, setup and, if needed, construction of new commercial/industrial real estate, renovations, disposition of locations and servicing customers with a broad set of service offerings.
