As a Financial Analyst, you will provide financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to aid planning or decision making.This role evaluates and improves financial models and improves information reporting as appropriate. The Financial Analyst works with the CFO and business leaders to support overall corporate objectives, including Mergers and Acquisitions, sales operations, investor relations and other corporate-wide initiatives or special projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyses business and financial dataCreates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision makingEvaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through data analysis and provide assistance in integrating acquisitionsDevelops financial plans and reports for organizational leadersDevelops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of dataProvide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior managementProduce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reportingSpearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processesIdentify opportunities for performance improvement across the organizationWork closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, meaningful, and insightful reporting on business performancePerforms other related duties as assigned**Requirements**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and SpanishExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelingExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldTwo years of professional experience as a financial analyst
