What we offer : Reviews contract documentation for completeness and resolves any discrepancies with Sales teamProcess customer orders in ERP system utilizing robotic process automation iBot and resolve errorsEnter in ERP customer billing plans in accordance with contract specificationsCreate and distribute customer invoices for a subset of active projectsDetailed analysis and review for data accuracy within ERP systemDaily reporting of order status to department stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple order entry processesMaintain and process intercompany transfersIdentify and resolve any invoicing or credits customer related issuesAssists with providing audit support as neededDevelop and participate in process improvement initiativesOther responsibilities as assignedTasks and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experienceBasic accounting and finance principlesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems is a plusStrong Microsoft office suite experienceExceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skills along with solid attention to detailDemonstrated ability to be well organized, learn new tasks quickly, define process improvements, and strive for success
