Financial Analyst

**Job Summary**:**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Generate operational reporting to support the business - including, but not limited to orders, shipments,backlog, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, manufacturing costs, freight, purchase price variance, etc.- Develop new reporting based on guidance from business customers and finance team- Enhance existing reporting through process improvements - including, but not limited to Excel modeling improvements, PowerBI report creation, PowerBI report automation, report elimination, etc.- Develop knowledge and skillset through projects, training, certifications, shadowing and mentoring- Support supply chain operations and finance team on ad hoc reporting requests, analysis, and projects**Education (minimum education required)**:- Bachelor of Business Administration- Master of Business Administration**Experience (minimum experience required)**:- Bachelor's degree, concentration in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems- 2-5 years' experience- Solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Financial Systems- Strong written and oral communication skills- English language fluencyWe value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
