Financial Analyst

**This is how you WOW**:- Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.- Collaborate with other departments including accounting, operations, administration, and sales to gather and interpret financial information and provide recommendations to management.- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial statements.- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, as needed.
**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software like SAP.- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.- Willingness to regularly travel to the US headquarters.
