**Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. Rio Bravo Plant Trim Division**

**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**

**As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing weekly financial update, providing the analytical schedules that are required in the financial update for the current month each week, this update must be reliable, truthful, and highly accurate in the forecast of the result of the month.**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**01) Responsible for making timely and accurate daily/weekly reports and analyzing discrepancy variations including scrap, absorption, inventory, etc.**

**02) Analyzes and reports plant efficiency.**

**03) Review and approval of non-productive requisitions**

**04 ) Maintains weekly financial updates including sales, material, labor costs, variable margin of the programs.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor of Accounting or Finance
- English 65% or more

Experience in:

- Internal audit (Sox, inventories, expenses, and fixed assets)
- General accounting and income statement.
- End of the month.
- Preparation of financial analysis.
- Preparation of Forecast and Budget.
- Intermediate or advanced use of Excel.
- Proactive and self-directed
- Excellent communication
