**Then come and join our global team as Financial Analyst****Role description**- Lead the Manufacturing Reagents OEM monthly activities: closing process, forecasting, KPI and variance analysis, as well as CAPEX- Lead the development of Data driven models to support OEM decisions and projects- Drives Manufacturing Budget Process for OEM with end-to-end coordination between all stakeholders- Prepares presentations & reviews for Reagents MFG leadership- Support Manufacturing Reagents reporting processes and enhancement initiatives**Tasks and responsibilities**:- Improves processes with HPS methods to ensure effectiveness on reporting & controlling- Point of contact for OEM Reagents and Consumable manufacturing- Implements Data driven analytics to support business decision and Productivit initiatives- Support SCM Reagents processes with innovative ideas leveraging digitalization experiences**Your attributes and skills**:- Fluent in English- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or other related field- Required experience: 8-10 years' experience- Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills to effectively communicate with teams- Flexibility to multi-task and adjust to changing requirements- Self-driven and resourceful to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and a team player- Other required knowledge, skills, or expertise:- SAP Costing modules (is a plus), Advance knowledge of MS Office Applications and automation/ digitalization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc**Our globalteam**:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
