Periodically provides special reports and studies to Management. Responsible for the plant's annual budget process, expenses and statistical reports, including variance explanations and cost analysis.Key Responsibilities- Performs financial analyzes and supports other departments in the preparation of statistical studies.- Preparation and review of the annual budget and monthly forecast with the different departments.- Uploading the monthly result to Onestream/HFM.- Preparation and uploading of the monthly forecast into OneStream/HFM.- Perform inventory reconciliation.- Prepares provision of guarantees.- Support in the explanations of the monthly package for the results meeting with Management.- Create financial quotation models (RSM) for the SLP plant.- Performs the monthly closing process for assigned areas that includes account reconciliation.- Ensures the integrity of accounting records by periodically reviewing accounting accounts for expenses and provisions.- Prepares provisions for expenses and services pending receipt in the warehouse.- Assists in the execution of the Annual Physical Inventory in conjunction with the Materials and Logistics team.Key Competencies- Customer Focus- Priority setting- Informing- Business Acumen- Ethics and valuesWhat we're looking for- Education: Public Accountant or Bachelor's Degree in Administration.- Time of experience in a similar position: 2 years or more in a similar position.- Technical knowledge required: General accounting, costs, budgets, financial statements, audits.
