Financial Analyst

Milwaukee Tool has an opening in our Torreon, Coahuila Facility.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

- Partner with the financial team to analyze monthly activity, build monthly forecasts, and communicate results to the financial leadership team.
- Analyze data to complete reconciliations.
- Asist with CAPEX, budget, fixed assets.
- Assist with preparation of various annual financial reports.
- Participate in analysis and planning projects within the finance department.
- Review purchase orders
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

What TOOLS you'll bring with you:

- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment with high volumes.
- Must have exceptional Excel skills; ability to perform V Lookups, pivot tables and other time-saving functions within the program when dealing with large volumes of data.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Oracle (preferred)
- Must be highly analytical.
- Must be process oriented. Problem solver, self-starter and finisher, highly organized and deadline conscious
- Must be able to handle volume and diversity. Must be a fluid individual; able to handle and manage change in a proactive way.
- Must have the ability to work well in groups via a collaboration method.
- Accountable personality who takes ownership for tasks/processes that he or she has been allocated.
- Advanced English is a must.
