These teams value curious minds, strategic thinkers, and hard work balanced with self-care.**So, what will you be doing as a Financial Analyst?**- Financial reporting: Develop and maintain recurring reports for various stakeholders, including the local leadership, Work Furniture leadership, and corporate.- Financial analysis: Design and implement analytical tools for business leaders to drive profitable results. This includes rigorous analytical support for what-if scenarios, income statement and balance sheet forecasts, and variance analysis.- Pricing analysis: Support the business in making informed decisions to ensure profitable growth as it relates to customer pricing. Streamline and standardize the reporting and analysis support for pricing decisions. Develop processes to proactively understand cost changes in major commodities and transportation and build reporting requirements to assure understanding of price and cost implications.- Systems expert: Ability and interest to become the Work Furniture finance expert on the local ERP. This includes report and data extraction, systems set-up, and coordination with local and corporate IT systems teams.**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:- Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance or related field- 2+ years FP&A and/or manufacturing finance experience.
