Financial Analyst

- Participate in the month end process and in the monthly financial analysis
- Knowledge of microsoft dynamics
- Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports
- Respond to third party requests; Auditors, banks as required
- Assist in the budget process
- Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed Skills and Expertise
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong communication skills to provide effective communication
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical aptitude
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including excel formulas and pivot tables Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Certified public accountant in Mexico or in process
