Financial Analyst - WD30139245046*****What you will do?**Position involves partnership with Fire business unit management teams across different regions and functions as well as support for Fire financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This individual will perform a variety of analytical and reporting activities. This position acts as an analytical engine for the Fire segment providing insights, supporting business decision-making, and operationalizing key financial data and metrics.This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.**How you will do it?**:- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting and planning support.- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.- Retrieve and compile data from various source systems.- Update and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.- Prepare presentations for senior leadership team.- Build data visualizations for faster data-driven decisions and insights.- Load and validate financial data into various systems of record.- Perform adhoc analyses and other duties as assigned.**Qualifications****What we look for**:- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business-related function- 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analysis or reporting- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen- Experience with various data software and visualization tools- Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy and precision- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated- Ability to work with databases and Power BI dashboards- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
