**What will you do?
**
Under the general direction of the Corporate Human Resources Finance Manager, our Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting Finance objectives on key Corporate Finance Projects.
Must be able to effectively and professionally work with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
The principle duties of this role will be to support the financial and analytical processes associated with payroll and intercompany general ledger transactions for Corporate activity at Johnson Controls, including supporting system implementations and projects.
**How will you do it?
**
- Assist with defining Finance requirements for key Corporate Finance Projects
- Assist with developing Finance UAT Test Plans for key Corporate Finance Projects
- Assist with the analysis of the payroll and intercompany activity as it relates to key Corporate Finance Projects
- Assist with the development of Finance process documentation
- Work across departments and geographical locations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded at month end
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for management staff
- Assist in the creation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environment
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**What are we looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Intercompany and Payroll accounting concepts
