**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
**Experience**:
- 8 to 10 years in Finance, Cost Management, Materials, and Program Management
**Knowledge**:
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in English (75-90% written and spoken)
- Familiar with materials procedures and Oracle
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of the Physical Inventory Process and its financial impacts (beginning, during, and end)
- Knowledge of the Prepaid Inventory Process (billing, accounting treatment, disposal)
- Familiarity with SOX Audits and supporting documentation
- Understanding of inventory policies, reconciliation, cost analysis, and financial impacts

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and calculate inventory reserves and their financial impacts (e.g., EO, WIP Repair, BP, MRB)
- Analyze financial variances in production work orders, including variances for quarterly business reviews (QBR)
- Assist in standardizing reports and procedures in the finance operation for the division
- Consolidate and plan Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Cash CAPEX, including variances for QBR
- Collaborate with plants and divisional controllers to implement best practices for improvement
A Financial Analyst develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for planning and control. This role involves performing technical analyses to determine current and future financial performance. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activities, future requirements, and operating forecasts. The analyst also performs economic research and studies on rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the impact of governmental regulations.
