Your role at Clorox:
Provide financial support to Mexico's P&A Assistant Manager with operating expenses related activities, bring support to other functions in order to identify opportunities to create value and maximize profitable share growth.
Responsible for developing Mexico´s short, mid and long term plans as well as providing on going business analytical support for Mexico´s P&L.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Mexico's short, mid and long term OPEX forecast planning process, with detailed analysis to maximize Profit.
Pay utmost attention on quarterly forecast accuracy (financial cycles and profit update).
- Consolidate OPEX Mexico's P&L and lead/execute monthly actual figures analysis vs forecast for all P&L while coordinating variance explanation and gap closing if any with cross functional partners.
- Support financially strategic projects to drive profitable share growth.
The following exemplifies but does not limit: ROI assessment, Good Growth sessions, SRM active participation.
- Act as a steward for Internal Controls and Accounting matters to ensure reporting and booking integrity.
What we look for:
- 2-year or more experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in multinational companies with Operating Expenses Management and Forecasting background.
