**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in the financial services or lending industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the lending sector is a plus.
- Internet: You must have fast internet and be available at all times during the workday.- Must be an expert at Xero, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
