Additionally, your skills in process documentation and task automation using O365 will be instrumental in streamlining financial operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring efficient workflows within the organization.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including data gathering, interpretation, and reporting, to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.- Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets, incorporating relevant data and assumptions.- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance, providing valuable insights to management.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for various projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Identify process improvement opportunities within financial operations and design effective financial processes, leveraging your process documentation expertise.- Thoroughly document existing financial processes, including workflows, controls, and procedures, ensuring clear and standardized documentation across the organization.- Utilize your proficiency in O365 tools, such as Excel, Power Automate, and Power BI, to identify areas for task automation and streamline financial operations.- Design and implement automated solutions for routine financial tasks, such as data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.- Develop and maintain data management practices to ensure data integrity, including data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.- Provide financial insights, recommendations, and presentations to management based on analysis and interpretation of financial data.- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to financial analysis, process documentation, and task automation, and proactively implement relevant changes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software
