**What Your Impact Will Be**
- Support the FP&A team in preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze key cost drivers across various departments and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial reports and presentations.
- Prepare and present reports on cost analysis, highlighting areas for improvement and potential savings.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Participate in financial planning and strategy sessions, offering insights based on data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial systems.
- Collaborate with senior team members on ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.
**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
