Monitor new regulations and analyze impact for the Mexico Business Unit (CRE, CONAMER, SENER, Economy Minister). Including the review of regulatory projects to determine the impact of regulation on business conditions and transportation permits.- Daily review of OPE and report to regulatory team & involved areas.- Management of OPE users (data updates, submit new users, delete former users).- Analyze the Mexican and international economic regulatory framework for natural gas transportation- Analyze information provided by multidisciplinary teams for technical transport permit modifications of the current assets or new permits according to business needs.- Support regulated toll filings, considering technical modifications that should be reflected in toll proposal.- Monitor commercial conditions of other transport systems through their EBB. Prepare reports & communications to ops teams regarding any emergency that could impact Mexico assets operations.- Collaborate with the leader to answer CRE requirements.- Support the leader to provide analysis and research as requested, for commercial projects, ops projects and commercial agreements development.- Other tasks as neededAbout our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
