The starting pay range is $1,600 USD per month.
What will you do?
The Financial Analyst will guide the Finance Department in optimizing the billing and collections operations, forecast revenues and expenditures, manage the cash, and strategize the firm?s growth.
The firm is on an aggressive growth path and is looking to hire several attorneys over the next year or two.
Ultimately the Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing this growth, maintaining profitability, and creating and implementing new financial processes as the firm expands and evolves.
What are some requirements and characteristics that you should have?

Strong written and verbal English/Spanish Skills (Bilingual)

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

A reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed.

Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets (creation of spreadsheets and use of advanced formulas)

Excellent
mathematical reasoning and strategic thinking skills

Ability to express oneself eloquently in writing

Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
?
Computer literacy is imperative.

**Qualifications**:

BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
?
5-7 years experience at the helm of a Finance or Accounting department (preferred but not required)
?
Familiarity with case management or CRM-like software
?
Demonstrable ability to analyze and solve problems
