.**Job Details****What will you do?**We are hiring a Financial Analyst IV in our business center. This individual will act as the Financial Planning business partner and will be spear-heading the financial quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting and outlook processes for theSG&A function of the Controls Domain business. This position is also responsible to consolidate the explanations and analyze variances by function, communicate them to the functional leaders and support Field. S/he will provide financial support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making as well as the link to operationalize Controls HQ requirements with the PBU.This position reports directly into the Controls Domain FP&A Manager in the CoE.**How will you do it?**:- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue of GM below standardmargin and full responsibility on SG&A Financials- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, providing insights anddecision making support to the business- Drive the financial quarterly and monthly forecast (flash), annual budget and outlook processes for full P&L.- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations tomanagement for decision making purposes- Prepare presentations to the Senior leadership team within Controls Domain- Generates and ensures all Controls HQ reporting and deliverables are met timely and accurately and bridges aligned withexpectations for SG&A on a consolidated Controls Domain level.- Participate in Corporate and Finance transformation initiatives, Like ERP implementation or Tool modernization.**What we look for?**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering- 6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, cost accounting and projects evaluation- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required.- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization.
