Purpose Statement: Responsible for a variety of financial activities, including product costing and pricing, sales and margin forecasting, key balance sheet metrics and financial risk avoidance.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Lead the site's financial month-end close process; work with corporate accounting, site management and supporting teams to ensure site
- and customer-level financial results are correctly stated in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Prepare financial reporting and analytics for site management, including: Monthly financial reporting, Monthly financial forecasting and Financial assessment of new opportunities.
- Support the site's audit and control responsibilities, inclusive of revenue recognition, labor tracking (GSF), LCM analysis and cycle count audit requirements to mitigate financial and operational risk.
- Support the site's monthly financial forecasting process, ensuring the balance sheet as well as the fiscal rolling P&L meet site and corporate financial requirements and operational needs.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Provide backup and support to the Site Controller to implement Finance directions at Focus Factory level.
- Support Corporate Collections and Program Manager on resolutions of past-due accounts receivable.
- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%).
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required; a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
- Five (5) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- General office equipment and materials.
