**_ Responsibilities: _**- Responsible for E2E operational execution and customer experience on data collection (CDM) and financial claims (FCM) areas.- Lead tactical execution as the front line for partner and stakeholder inquiries and issue resolutions and reporting- Deep functional expertise on process and capability features and market nuances- Language based functional partner support- Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/partner impact.- Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.- Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Advanced communication skills (e.G. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team- Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.- Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
