.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Coordinate effective communication between the plant and the shared services centers.Act as AMEX Administrator and ensure adherence to AMEX payment policies and procedures with users.Coordinate the timely payment of Federal Taxes.Coordinate the delivery of information for SAT External Audits, as well as the preparation and review of KPMG Audit reports on a monthly basis.Review the timely payment of all payment obligations to suppliers, fiscal, municipal, state and federal taxes, insurance and services.Review through NOETIX and Power BI reports the correct and on time records within the modules Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cost (CST), i-Expenses (CST) and i-Expenses (CST).Optimize procedures with the Shared Services Centers in Manilla, Costa Rica and Mexico City.Supervise the proper delivery of information for calculation, payment of local taxes and balance sheet integrations (MEXGAAP) through the Mexico City Shared Services Center.Analyze reports and monthly key information of external audits KPMG and SAT, annual tax return, tax opinion and transfer pricing.Supervise the proper order and ensure the maintenance of the digital files of the Finance area.Supervise and ensure the optimal management of customer collections and payment to suppliers according to credit days.Supervise the electronic accounting in accordance with SAT viewers and requirements of monthly revisions to suppliers and legal representatives.Ensure compliance and adherence to tax law reforms through the Mexico City Shared Services Center.Supervise and/or ensure the proper daily invoicing process in accordance with the export calendar.Supervise direct reports.Administrator of the SharePoint for plant output control.Who You Are:You are self-oriented and build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
