**II/ AIM OF THE POSITION**:
Responsible for analysis of sales, cost accounting, internal control, financial reporting and analysis and annual operating plans. Summarizes financial performance and effectively communicates results to plant and direction management. Proposes action plans for continuous improvement.

**III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES**:
- Manage the budget and the actuals for the full P&L
- Manage the balance sheet and the OCF
- Monitor the performance of programs (Especially Boeing and Kuiper).
- Participate to new costings of products
- Takeover management of Boeing and Kuiper in coordination with programs leadership
- Monitor Boeing and Kuiper programs performance with Program manager in regards Budget, Forecast, & Close results
- Assures correct inventory valuation of RM, WIP and FG
- Monitor values of Marging, Cash and Ebitda performance
- KPI inventory performance (stock values, WIP & turns)
- Analysis of sales variance por volume, mix, pricing and other effects.
- Analysis & interpretation for industrial variances (Budget vs. Actuals) with identification for Risks & Opportunities
- Validation of inventory internal controls policy for physical management & accounting (valuation, reserves, scrap, adjustments)
- Cash forecast analysis
- Productive accounts payable supervision
- Nonproductive accounts payable supervision
- Sales KPI Analysis of variances of Actual Vs Forecast and Budget
- Assures monthly reports are provided to Corporate
- Preparation and analysis of MTD and YTD P&L per business type, RC and NRC conversion cost,
- Leads the budgeting and forecasting processes collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial plans
- Assures preparation of weekly expense report
- Validates of Direct Labor & OH rates
- Validates of standard and productive hours report
- Revision of monthly AP accruals
- Review direct purchases report
- Business parther with purchases department to do follow up the issues from the purchased orders
- Inventory controls validation (cyclecounts, physical inventory, scrap control, obsolete reserve, price updates)
- Implemented and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND LATITUDE OF ACTION**
- Co-ordinate with finance team to ensure timely update and submission of the monthly management package.
- Review the programs profitability through the identification of standard deviations and proposing corrective and preventive actions to be aligned with the budget and internal controls policy.
- Validation of inventory values for raw materials, WIP and finished goods booked in system vs. physical existences
- Reporting for plant performance
- Boeing and Kuiper in coordination with programs leadership
- Boeing and Kuiper programs performance with Program manager in regards Budget, Forecast, & Close results
