Job DescriptionBe a compass for the management team inPlant towardsFinancialand Operational Targets in Plan and push for achieving them.Contribute by creating financial awareness and building proactive, timely and accurate information to support decision taking.Ensure proper control, budget planning / monthly analysis and reporting for Variable Costs, Period Expenses (Fix Costs) andOther variable costs.Support definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations or contingency necessities together with local operational management and Head of Controlling for Labor, Machine / Overhead, Scrap, Production orders, Material Pricingand Other variations.Cost centerand headcount control, including approval of shopping carts and JOB's.Perform Costing calculation of new products and calculate new year standardsCalculate and set up in system Cost of production for each year (Material Prices + Tariffs).Support temporarily ramp up of new Greenfield.Approval and Spending control of investments.Local consolidation of financial figures for Business AreaIndustrial Americas.FIRE reporting by segment.Budget and Forecastingfor Income Statementand Working Capital.QualificationsBachelor's degree: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar.Experience:As Plant Controller.Leading projectsIn Manufacturing industryKnowledge:SAP (FI,CO, MM, SD).OfficeData Analysis (PowerBi desirable)Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
